Sunday Stills: Black and White

Sunday, May 10, 2009

The challenge this week....use a theme from a previous week, but in black and white. I admit I cheated on one of the photos and used one from my files. I can't help it - I love black and white photos! For more Sunday Stills photos...head on over here

This is the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona, Arizona. A beautiful place to visit..

The church in the rocks is very intriguing. It looks so modern against the ancient ground. And the way it fits into the crevices, the roundness of the landscape against the straight lines of the architecture.

Is the second shot the chapel in Sadona, Az.? Looks familiar. Love them both. Happy Mother's Day.

Where is that Church in the rocks? Very dramatic and looks very good in B&W.

Hey thanks, I'll have to echo the other comments about the church, very interesting, in black and white it looks like something out of a science fiction movie on Mars... good shot!
