Wow, imagine my surprise when I heard on tv this morning that there was a 5.2 magnitude earthquake that hit Illinois this morning. And the epicenter was only about 2 1/2 hours from Champaign. Don't worry, Ron and I slept through it all, which is really pretty surprising on my part. I generally wake up when there are strange noises in the night or the dog is wanting out at 3 in the morning. They're saying that there could be a series of after shocks this morning. Maybe we'll notice one of them. At the very least it will be interesting to hear all the stories this morning at work!

Totally wishing I could be at work for the hype about this today...only for this! =) I did wake for this event, guess I can cross this off my bucket list - HA!
Hey Kelly- We felt it here in souterhn Indiana- Pepper hid under the bed and Nick slept through it all. We shook for about 15 seconds or so. The news station reported that it what we felt here was about 4.0 on the richter scale. It felt like the washing machine was out of balance on the spin cycle. Definetely made for an interesting start to the morning!
