While shopping the other day, I saw lots of bright red strawberries. It made me think of this recipe -
CREAM CHEESE STRAWBERRY PIE
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
1 graham cracker pie crust
Whipped topping
Whole strawberries
Combine softened cream cheese, Cool Whip and strawberries in large mix bowl until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Top with whipped topping and fresh whole strawberries.

The cool whip and cream cheese combination also makes a wonderful dip for strawberries if you're not in the mood for a pie...
